Despite facing an unpleasant surprise in restoring the clock tower above the Tower Bank in downtown Greencastle, borough officials say the tower will be fully repaired and painted in time for the Old Home Week Celebration which begins in 2010.

Bottom line: These dairy cows are at the farm of Jack Martin in Zullinger. Martin, as well as many other Franklin County dairy farmers, are feeling a pinch from low prices for their milk.
