Bylaws clearing the way for a land swap between the Town of Riverview and a major commercial developer and the rezoning of residential land to permit a physiotherapy clinic were given first readings at Riverview town council last night.
The first step in a land swap proposal that would see expansion of Riverview's Toboggan Hill recreation site south of Gunningsville Boulevard and additional retail space within Findlay Park off Findlay Boulevard is complete.
