The man who police say assaulted a woman at a Penn State fraternity house last year pleaded no contest Thursday to indecent assault and could face between nine and 23 and-a-half months in prison, Centre County District Attorney Michael Madeira said.
Mrs. Beverly Cox Uccello, 55, of 1000 Walker St., Holly Hill, Fla., passed away at 11:30 p.m. Friday, June 26, at the residence of her sister, Cynthia Sodergren., following a brief illness.
In Columbiana County Municipal Court Morgan Cox, 22, 149 S. Main St. Apt. 2, Columbiana, pleaded no contest to domestic violence, criminal damaging, menacing, persistent disorderly conduct and no license.
