A Connecticut woman has been arrested in connection with the death of her 57-year-old boyfriend, who was run over by a car in Old Saybrook last year. Police charged 50-year-old Elena Hernandez of Manchester with felony evading responsibility, but stopped short of accusing her of running over Felix Diaz of Middletown in a hotel parking lot.
A year after finding a Middletown man mortally injured and unresponsive after being struck by car in a motel parking lot, police on Saturday arrested the man's girlfriend.
